  • "A" days include forms and self-defense
  • "B" days include techniques, Arnis and sparring

  • Olympic Training: Yellow Belt and higher (by invitation only)

Special Classes:

  • Morning Class: Mon-Fri between 8:00 and 11:00 AM
  • Olympic Training: Tue & Thu at 7:15 PM and Sat at 9:00 AM
  • SWAT: Every First & Third Saturday of the month at 10:30 AM

Attendance Checklist::

  1. Arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to scheduled class
  2. All students should attend two (2) classes per week (one A and one B day)
  3. Place shoes and jackets in dressing rooms
  4. Pull attendance card after changing into uniform
  5. Keep uniform neat, clean and odor-free
  6. Quietly prepare for class (do not disturb the class in session)
  7. Respect should always be shown to your instructors and fellow students
  8. Students and guests should always be well mannered and behaved
  9. Attend class on a regular and consistent schedule
  10. Discuss make-up classes with the instructor
  11. Show proper effort and spirit in the class
  12. Practice at home for at least 15 minutes per day
  13. Memorize and apply the Student Creed
  14. Develop and maintain a positive, well discipline attitude
  15. On B days, place safety equipment and Arnis sticks along designated wall
  16. Students should attend their level classes for tip and exam credit
